Camera: checking… Camera Off for
Stops the detector waking the camera (radar close-in target). Phone scanning and radar logging keep running. The detector picks up a change within about 30 s.

Unknown Heard (active in the last 10 min only; randomized / private addresses are summarized in one line)

Radar note = a radar target arrived (phone AOS) or departed (phone LOS) within ±60 s of this device's detection (distance / angle from the radar; angle left/right as drawn on the radar scope).

No unknown encounters yet.

Distance is a rough estimate from signal strength (RSSI) using a log-distance path-loss model: d = 10(P1m − RSSI) / (10·n), n ≈ 2.7 (indoors). P1m ≈ −45 dBm for Wi-Fi phone probes; for Bluetooth LE, P1m ≈ advertised TX power − 41 dB when the device sends a plausible TX power, otherwise −59 dBm. Walls, bodies, pockets and phone orientation can easily throw it off by 2–3×.
very close (<1 m) same room (1–5 m) nearby (5–15 m) far (>15 m) · Longer bar = closer to the detector: a full bar is ≈ 0.1 m, an empty bar ≈ 30 m (logarithmic scale).
Whitelisted (auto) = heard continuously for 60 min between 8 AM and 8 PM ET in one visit, so the detector added it to the whitelist.
Kind: Wi-Fi = phone Wi-Fi probe request; BLE = Bluetooth LE advertisement (maker from the Bluetooth SIG company ID; class decoded from the advertisement, e.g. Apple Continuity type). Device names are not shown here. tracker = item-tracker advertisement (AirTag / Find My accessory, Tile, Galaxy SmartTag, Google Find Hub tag).
Random = the device is using a private (randomized) address, so no maker can be looked up from the MAC. BLE rotating addresses (resolvable private) change about every 15 minutes, so one device can appear as several rows. FP = capability fingerprint; matching colors/codes suggest the same device model/settings behind rotating random MACs (not a unique ID).

Whitelist (one row per device; rotating addresses with the same fingerprint are merged)
